The Company was founded first in The Netherlands by Gheorghe Cozaru in 2022, an Engineer by education in Energy and Electrical fields and over 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Quality Management and PV Maintenance.

Since our founding, we’ve been dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality solar maintenance services that keep our clients’ systems running smoothly and efficiently. Since then, The Heliostoik Family has extended to Hungary, where our local Engineers, Technicians and Electricians are Managing and taking care of several PV plants.

Since 2024, Heliostoik Group has signed a Service Partner agreement with Sungrow Europe to provide High-End Services in The Netherlands, Germany and Hungary, enforcing our commitment to meeting the needs of our O&M customers.
