The Journey of THE Proffessional Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Company
about us
Origins

Heliostoik was founded in 2022 in the Netherlands by Gheorghe Cozaru, an engineer with a background in energy and electrical engineering and hands‑on experience in sourcing, quality management, and photovoltaic maintenance. From the beginning, Heliostoik was established as a technically driven O&M organization, built to support solar assets beyond construction and commissioning. The company was created in response to a clear gap in the market: the need for independent, transparent, and performance‑focused operations and maintenance, separated from EPC‑driven incentives. As a family‑owned business, Heliostoik was built on principles of trust, responsibility, and long‑term thinking. Quality‑minded engineering is not a slogan, but a cultural foundation — guiding how assets are monitored, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle. Solar energy is not only our field of work; it is a commitment to building resilient, diversified, and reliable energy systems.
Growth and European Presence

Following its foundation in the Netherlands, Heliostoik expanded operations into Hungary, establishing local teams of engineers, technicians, and electricians responsible for the day‑to‑day management and care of photovoltaic power plants. Today, Heliostoik operates across multiple European markets, supporting commercial and utility‑scale solar assets with locally present teams and centralized technical oversight. This structure allows for fast response times, consistent quality standards, and clear accountability — regardless of location. Our growth has been deliberately paced and technically driven, ensuring that expansion is matched by operational capability, internal tooling, and engineering leadership rather than subcontracted scale.
Technical Commitment and Industry Partnerships

Heliostoik continuously invests in technical expertise, internal systems, and manufacturer alignment to support long‑term asset performance. Since 2024, Heliostoik Group has been an Active Sungrow Service Partner for the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary, providing OEM‑aligned services for utility‑scale PV systems. This partnership enables: Manufacturer‑compliant maintenance procedures Faster fault resolution and warranty handling Direct technical coordination with Sungrow support teams Rapid access to spare parts and replacements Alongside OEM partnerships, Heliostoik has developed its own monitoring and field service platforms, enabling real‑time visibility, fast issue escalation, and transparent reporting throughout the asset lifecycle. Our commitment is simple: technical ownership, transparent execution, and measurable performance improvement, delivered by teams that understand solar assets at both system and component level.
